Sextoyszz wants you to be pleased with your purchase, that's why we have a no fuss returns policy.
If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for alternative items or a refund.
For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.
Policy in Depth
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for the goods to be returned if they are not broken or defective, the following terms have to be met:
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day of receiving the order, unless we have notified you otherwise.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
The return shipping cost will be intimated to you by email.
Items received that are incorrect must not have the products packaging opened, contact customer service as soon as it is convenient and we will advise full instructions for an exchange. Incorrect products received with security seals or sealed packaging opened by the customer cannot then be returned for an exchange as it will be considered as the customer has accepted them.
Defective Items and Warranty
When an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you check using a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items.
If the product is defective, please explain the fault and fill out a returns form when returning items back to the PO BOX returns address and return it with its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement. We offer a full years warranty on all products.
Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days of any defect, however after 30 days, a replacement or` exchange will only be available.
If the item is defective in the first month of purchase, contact customer service, before returning items.
Replacement or exchange of faulty items will be sent back free of charge.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working or in an unacceptable condition. The return shipping cost will be intimated to you by email.
Returning an Item
No refund or exchanges can be given until the goods are received at our end.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.
Please clean the items before returning.Cancellations
You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 14 days starting the day after delivery. No questions asked. Please return the goods, unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.
